Oh thats not good kit - health kick for you then - are you allowed much fruit or does the sugar in that cause the same issues? Its good to have something in to satisfy your sweet tooth thats allowed rather than buy nothing and end up going overboad when you next shop.
I don't think my lindt reindeer would travel well in the post Steve
Beanie its very difficult when you cannot get out and your exercise is restricted, and you need to eat well in the cold weather. Maybe it won't be as bad as you think? and you can focus on losing it over the next month or so once the weather improves.
Sounds like we might need to make your thread into a dieting thread for a few weeks Susan so we can all motivate each other.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Oh well 3dogs back on the wagon tomorrow.
I havent weighed myself since the snow came all those weeks ago but I know I will have put on a fair amount.
Well done to you both for keeping going to the class.
I got to target & stopped going.Big big mistake.
Which one to you follow?
Do you want to loose much more?
It's Sl*mm*ng W@rld Beanie and yes, I've plenty more to lose. When we starte at class in 2008, I weighed in at my heaviest yet of 19 stone and Mr 3Dogs at his heaviest of over 20 stone. I'd got to 14 t 7 lbs but now back to 15 st, and Mr 3dogs had got to target of 12 st 11 1/2 lbs but is back up to 15 st 1 1/2 lbs - so both about the same weight at the moment, but he is 6 foot tall and I am 5 ft 5 ins   It has took me such a long time to get to 14.7 but, as you say, I've kept going to class and chipping away at it, rather than stop going and put it all back on with a bit more, which, quite frankly, my body just couldn't handleWe do the paying and weighng between us, which we enjoy, but also makes sure we go to class, as we wouldn't want to let the consultant down
I would love to be a SWorld consultant but you need to pass a credit check to do it, so no chance!!!Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12
