Time to fess up on here as to how we did at slimming class tonight I guess, though I did text SW, Steve and Miche .............................................

I gained 6 pounds in one week  and Mr 3Dogs gained 6 1/2 pounds  We are finishing off the goodies we have left right now, but will start back on plan tomorrow morning

That's all the weight I lost when up at Mam's so I'm back to 4 stone loss instead of 4 1/2 stones, as I gained a pound before the previous week too - but Mr3Dogs is now 2 st 4 lbs over his target weight

We know what one of our New Year Resolutions are going to be
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(

Dont worry brave it Tixy. Go with a friend it is better then.

Did you have a good Christmas?

Everyone dont faint. 0002020A.gif 000202C8.gif i might have to give up chocolate, bacon, crisps and cake as i dont know if i shall fit into my clothes next week. I haven't even ordered any choc biscuits in my food shop i ordered F@rley's rusks instead 0002041D.gif

I did have a good christmas thanks Kit - I can manage a couple of days of family. Plus had some lovely presents as well. Sounds like everyone else here had pretty good ones as well.

I'm sure you don't need to give up all of those things - you know it is true that everything is good for you in moderation (well maybe not crisps but the other things are!)

Susan everyone puts weight on a christmas - I bet there were people there who'd put on more than that. Does your class read out everyone's loss or gain? Anyone I'm sure you can lose it in a couple of weeks again and you still both have fantastic losses overall.

I can't decide whether to eat up all the chocs and things over the next couple of days and then start on a diet or whether to spread them over longer but then its longer until I diet (I know the proper answer would be to put them in the bin or something but that would be rude to those who had bought them and not very MSE).

It's ok susan. We are allowed. My doctor always says we should eat extra in winter. We will lose it. It will be ok. I am going to try to eat more fruit and veg again.

Tixy my hospital results were not good. Although my weight is fine still i need to get my bloods sorted. I have to try to get my blood sugars into single figures. Healthy stuff now yuk. I might turn into worried Jim. Has anyone heard from him i hope he is ok.
