Good tips from nicca there, glad they seem to have helped Mam.

Is tramadol what you were runnning out of Susan? You'll run out quicker if you double dose! I've got a full box here but don't take it anymore - I could have posted it up to you.

Much warmer today thanks Steve. I was miserably cold yesterday. But I have a red blanket on today, and its well known red things keep you warmer than anything else. How are you?

Evening Tixy,are you well? Nice and warm here(indoors anyway) cos the heating oil arrived this afternoon, had to turn the thermostat down as I started to fall asleep.
