We were already going down that route SW, with my debts anyway - that's the DRO bit in my signature - in fact I just received the draft application in the post from home as Mr 3Dogs forwarded it on to me - I have to make a couple of changes and add a recent tax demand that I got last month unexpectedly , but then I return it to them and when they add that debt to it, I sign the formal application form, pay my £90 fee and Bob's your uncle - well, almost - it only takes a couple of days or so to go through and then you have a 12 month period where you can't pay anything off your debt (:rotfl:) and they can't chase you for it - after that 12 months, my debt is written off, though the DRO stays on my credit records for 6 years - but, hey, we don't want any more credit at our age :D:D

What Angel was on about, was that Mr 3Dogs will be able to apply as well come April 2011, for by April 2012, all our debts will be written off :j :j :j :j

    Most excellenty news :D
Funnily enough was going to ask if you had heard anything.
I wish I could type long answers :(
