Yes I did see you are too kind SW.

Yes the gym was good, did 9 miles on the bike. I will do 9 miles on Friday as well, then each week I will increase the number of miles by 3.

You'll have to be careful if you get extra crisps for work in with your shopping SW that you don't just eat more at home and end up still having to buy some at work

Hello Miche, No not yet with the lights but getting there.. Did do some xmas stuff today in the conservatory, in between of resting... will do more of the outdoors lights at the weekend tho..

Andy has just asked me to go outside to see the car is coverd in Snow....
