HOW DO WE GET TICKETS?
Showfilmfirst members are renowned for their great feedback on shows and the fact that they turn up on time, and respect all guest ticket pick up times.
Therefore producers give us a small allocation of tickets to offer to our database in return for their feedback on the show.
Occasionally we are also asked to fill a specific performance, such as a press night. A comedy for example plays best to a full house so if there are only a few press, we will get tickets to ensure that there is the right atmosphere in the theatre.
Another reason for getting tickets maybe if a theatre has had a revamp or are looking to show it off!
Whatever the reason for getting the tickets, we rely on you to represent Showfilmfirst and the membership.
So please, be polite to the Box Office staff and respect the pick up directions - ie, don't call the theatre direct or demand particular seats or alternatives. Our arrangements are direct with the producers and we take what is available. PLEASE, respect this or risk damaging the offers for the whole membership.
Any complaints from theatres about specific members, and we will remove them from database without further discussion.
Membership is limited, and subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw or refuse membership at anytime without explanation.

Early Alerts
We are now offering a small number of people the opportunity to receive text alerts, at least one hour (often much more) before emails are sent out, to increase your potential to get tickets.

How it Works
If you would like to subscribe to early alerts for SHOW PREVIEWS you simply text SHOWS, followed by your postcode to 84010. (Save 84010 as SHOWfilmfirst, now!)
Eg: SHOWS NW1 8JJ
To: 84010
You will only receive premium show alerts, and you can 'unsubscribe' at anytime,
(simply send the word 'STOP' to 84010) and you will still remain on our email database.
When you have subscribed to SHOWS you should then email your name and postcode, together with mobile number, to [EMAIL="VIP@showfilmfirst.com"]VIP@showfilmfirst.com[/EMAIL] and registration is complete!
What information on do you get?
We will send you the code for shows, where there are tickets available, at a Theatre within 10 miles of your postcode
The cost
Each text will cost you £1.50. But remember, going to the theatre or concerts is often more than £50 per ticket (and you get two with SHOWfilmfirst)!
When will it start?
As soon as we have a high profile event we will alert VIP SHOW members before emailing our database!
