Hi
Does anyone know of a good mortgage excel spreadsheet to download?
I would like it to show how overpayments, outstanding balance, how many payments remaining ect... Or do i have to get my excel brain working and make my own
Any ideas on what to include if i do make my own, ideas really appreciated
Hoping to join this forum in the new year, but i am currently commiting the ultimate mortgage sin and paying interest only due to financial problems, but our situation should change in Jan/Feb
Thanks in advance

Hi
Found what i was looking for from office online.
I searched for other "mortgage" templates from office.com, and found one called "Home mortgage calculator". Its uses dollars instead of pounds but its the same principle.

Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
