Have you ever considered using a comparison site?

If you only want to consider deals from EDF, then give them a ring; I'm sure thay will be only too pleased to talk you through all the options available to you (from them)

If you are currently being supplied by nPower, you are not an existing customer of EDF

Technically I was an existing customer.

I think they call that an oxymoron

    existing: implies currently, presently, etc

    was: implies in the past.

Don't ring them, they will laugh at your expense. You're not an existing customer.
