I am looking for some advice.
I live in Scotland and received a letter in Sep from Civil Enforcement LTD saying i had parked in a private parking space and was being charged £70 for this. This fee would increase to £140 if i didnt pay within 14days. After seeking advice from CAB and through online forums, i decided not to pay.
I am now receiving letters from Newlyn PLC who are looking for £238.13 and i must pay immediately prior to proceedings being issued at the COunty Court.

Please can you advise what this means and what i should do next.

Nothing just hold firm.

You will see just below this forum there is a parking and tickets sub section, you would get more support there.

Hi I just read your message and was wondering if you could tell me what happened regarding this, as i've just received one too and i've heard it's a scam. I'm not paying anything if it is a scam, but if it is not I don't wanna end up paying any additional costs!!
