Have just recieved my pack from the iva company. read it, and understand it.
My payments will be £191 per month.
Should this be the right way to go for me and my family, fed up being in debt.
Cant help but feel that we should sell up, but i know we have no in the house.
need to see light at the end of the tunnel.

Well no-one really has the answer to that... it all depends on your situation and the choice has to be yours!
If you're struggling with debt and can see no other way out then yes but make sure you understand it, AND understand Bankruptcy, AND understand a DMP. And have you considered if you could simply tighten your belt?
The only person who can make the decision is you.
The only way to know if you're making the right decision (without a crystal ball) is if you make sure you are informed - become informed by asking questions on here... dont hurry yourself, a day or two or a week later won't make a huge difference but if you act in haste you can repent at leisure!
The biggest things to consider however are:
1. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT FEES! If a company wants paid before they have pout a solution in place for you then avoid them - they're more interested in your money than in the results!
2. You are going to have to stick with this company for five years... make sure you like them! Of course the front end of the operation is going to all charm and "how can we help you?" but ask around for a feel of the company too, other people's experience of a bad or good company can be invaluable!
Good luckWould you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
