Invoice templates?

Hi
I run a web design company as a sole trader. I was wondering if there are any invoice templates anywhere that would be suitable for invoicing for completed sites.Or perhaps a step by step guide for creating one.
I downladed an office 2003 template for one from google, but it had shipping addresses etc, and I don't need all that. Yet it seems awakward to change it. Also, it looks ghastly.
Can anybody help?
Thank you

Its not complicated. You just need to use your own headed paper and head the document INVOICE. Include the customer's name and address and the date.
Then show the date the work was completed and breif details, then the total cost.
If you want to be paid by BACS, show your bank account details and something like 'payment within 30 days'.0 -
PM me your email address and I will be happy to send you one that I use0
