Hi All,
Looking for some advice about going to Tenerife. I would like to go for a 1 week in the next 18 months. I want to go when it's warm of course.
Does anyone know of any flight deals to Tenerife from Stansted or Heathrow? Is there much difference between peak and off peak flights?
Your help is much appreciated.
Thanks.

Off peak flights are definately cheaper and the good news is its warm all year round! It tends to get a little cooler (although still very nice) between November & February.0

Hi I went at the end of Feb last year. Temprature was around 21oC, compared with it snowing at Luton! Managed to get flights on Monarch for around £120 each.As long as you stear clear of the school hols jan-april are good for some winter sun. At that time here were only BA that operated daily Tenerife flights, Monarch was I think 4 a week, including Sunday. British days for charters were Tuesday and Thursday. If like we you could only do weekend to weekend flights were a bit more difficult to find.0

Off there next week (school hols) I got flights from Birmingham for 13 nights from Thomson £125 per person. Booked about 2 weeks ago. Thomson have also got an auction site which looks cheap.0

I've just come back from Tenerife went 3-10 October from Manchester was 32-35c each day, too hot for us really thats why we had gone in October thinking it would be a bit cooler, booked in January with XL.COM via the cheapflights site at £45.00 per adult and £28.00 per child.
I'm now looking for 27/28th October for up to a week again if a really cheap flight comes up we're going back as our school holls are a week later this year.a please & thank you is all it takes :wave:0 -
Forget to say we go to Tenerife as often as we can as my parents are there and these are the websites I use most aswell as cheaplfights and globespan as mentioned in another post above, ba.com are good and you can search up to a month for seats on their site, they give you free meals/drinks etc and are by far the best to travel with but do tend to be a bit more costly.

I phoned XL.com as there website was very slooooow. Anyway they quoted £559.00 for return tickets to Stansted! Thanks for trying to help.....
Will have to keep looking as they were double the price of the carriers I have tried.
Looking to go 20 April - 27 Arpil 2007 (Tenerife South Airport- Reine Sofia), would like to depart from Stansted as my first option if not Heathrow or Gatwick. The cheapest I was able to find was £242.44 with Thomsonfly.com. Please will someone try to better this. 2 x tickets are required, one for me and one for my 3 year old little girl.
Thanks, MONEYSAVERS.0 -
I find that the cheapest time to go is the last week in November and the first three weeks in December.
