Paypal - $1.95 What to do with it?

During the paypal "Verified" process, paypal charge your credit card $1.95 and refund it via paypal to your account.

Paypal will not allow a transfer of such a small amount back to your bank account (so it seems)

I thought I would donate it to the Tsunami Disaster Relief Effort, but I could not do that either.

I wonder how many other UK paypal users have this $1.95 that they cannot withdraw or spend in £'s

I had that $1.95 as well, but there's a way to close certain currencies and as such it converts it back into £
