Problem With Eday Chiltern Train-ticket

My mum has purchased 2 sets of a return(2 singles) Chiltern E-tickets(print off from web type thingies) for BIRMINGHAM 2 LONDON. The problem is she did not get anything on the website to print off from what i can tell from her description of the process she went throw on the system. She is assumed that they would email her with instructions on how to print them off.
How should the system work?
