Ahh, there we go. Didn't think you would. Funny that!
Is it because the Windows list would be about 10 billion pages long.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Quite possibly, I wouldnt count them all to confirm, However be the question of the thread is "Can Apple Macs Get Virus's", whether or not a PC can also get Virus's is irrelevant, I have answered the OPs question, openly, honestly and without the need to have a tantrum over it.
Yes. The only possible answer there can be to this question is 'Yes'.
I answered honestly, your gave half an answer. Hardly helpful to the OP.Hope over Fear. #VoteYes0 -
Of course, as with any computer Macs can get viruses. The thing is that viruses on OS X are still rare enough to justify not running a virus scanner IMO so I'm prepared to take the risk. If viruses become more prolific then I'll install a virus scanner but for now it just seems to be a waste of resource.0

There's thats the answer.
You wonder why people just can't be honest, rather than having their answers skewed by their vested interests.Hope over Fear. #VoteYes0 -

I answered honestly, your gave half an answer. Hardly helpful to the OP.Sorry to dispel the Myth, but both PC and Mac are prone to virus attacks.
OK, the answer to the OPs question is YES!!!!!, feel free to disregard it and risk infecting your Mac, I could not care one way or the other, My Mac is protected (after suffering an infection) as is my PC (after suffering an infection), I tend to lean towards protecting them both from infections.
I am not sure if it is possible to give "half" an answer, its either Yay or Nay, there is no half way answer. Possibly your immaturity cannot see the wood for the trees, but I dont think I could make it anymore clearer (even to someone with your limited intellect), that a MAC can indeed get infected by a virus.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

If only the OP had requested a list of Windows malware for comparison, rather than just asking if Macs can be affected or not. I think posting 10 Billion pages of malware might just be a little over the top.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Again, a list supplied by a virus vendor that probably means very little to the OP, and hardly tells the whole story.
"In the same year, Sevendust, also known as 666, infected applications on Apple Mac computers."
That tells the OP a lot!Hope over Fear. #VoteYes0 -
Oooh you are tetchy aren't you.......

You seem to have some problems with infections, not the most tech-savvy person I guess. Aren't most virus infections a result of user error? You just couldn't help clicking on that britneyspears.exe.jpg.avi.vbs file could you. Twice!
I'm sorry you have to resort to personal insults, particularly when you were the one who accused me of being immature. But hey, 7000 posts, you must have earned the right to insult.
I'll continue to skip the virus checker on my Mac as I don't think I need it.
If you're a sensible Windows or Mac user, you don't need virus checking. However, if you're not, then you need all the protection you can get.Hope over Fear. #VoteYes0
