Did M & S and Debenhams not wonder why no orders had been placed, I would have thought that as it would have been a huge order that both companies would have sales people calling farepak and encouraging them to take their vouchers and asking why none had been bought so far.

If this is the case why did they not raise the alarm!

I only found this out as someone posted that they contacted M&S/Debenhams and told Farepak had not placed any orders.

I agree with you and if I was a company and a regular customer didn't
place their annual order I would question as to why?

If someone can take this up and prove they didn't order/buy any vouchers from these companies Farepark could or should be charged with fraud...it won't guarantee any money back, but it may help...

Lets home they can do this and make the fat cat Directors pay - they wont be sweating over how they are going to pay for Christmas - they will have the money stashed in different bank accounts in different names

I can't believe this has happened. Its worse than the grinch. Finally found somewhere discussing this issue!

Although not until I set up www.unfairpak.co.uk - I am off to bed now feeling a bit rough, but will be working on it again tomorrow, and would appreciate any help collating info etc..

I have set up a forum so far, but knowing what it is like with spammers at the moment, have left it on admin sign-up, so you probably wont get your account activated till the morning..
