Routing any savings thru someone else is fraught with problems.You will tempt companies to fiddle.
Best go for the cheapest tariff in your circumstances, and make good elsewhere, plant a few trees etc.0 -

The car, I think is the best option , which is why the Guvment bought in free buses for old 'uns anyway.
There will be a scandal soon over these clean environment energy tariffs, a provider in trouble will get caught dipping into the green fund.0 -

Or a lot of the fund will go towards 'management fees' of some description.
Hence my only recommending those tariffs that are either 100% renewable, or commit to reinvesting all proceeds directly into building new renewable sources.0
