Double Glazed Windows - fitting new hinges and handles
gilins
My doulble glazed windows are fine, except that in a couple of windows, the hinges are bent out of shape, meaning the windows won't close properly. Also, the handles are broken.
Any ideas please? I'd rather not have to replace the windows.
Thanks

Do you have a local repair place near by they can normally replace many parts on the window? Handles you can buy on-line.
We have had hinges re-done on one window many yeas ago and also bought a handle a fitted it ourselves from on-line.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
