What offers/vouchers did you receive from &More?

I have an M&S &More card and an M&S Chargecard.

I usually get mail from &More about once a month, sometimes more with vouchers offering various amounts of points or money off with certain purchases.

Yesterday I received some vouchers where I can earn 3x &More points, 4x &More points and 5x &More points when I spend on food and also a voucher for 5x &More points when I spend on clothing/home.

Today I received a invite to my local M&S to browse the latest ranges and there will be complementary drink and nibbles. Also with the invite was a voucher for £5 off anything from clothing or homeware.

What vouchers have you received recently?

None. Had the card since the end of August and haven't had a thing from them. I remember not checking the box to say that I DID want communication from them so who knows where it's all gone. Maybe just waiting to see how I spend on the card.

Hi Copperplate, the way I read your message it is as if you said that you don't want any communication from them. Am I reading it wrong? If you didn't want any communication then they will only send you your statement and any Rewards Vouchers you have earned I suppose.

If you didn't specifically state that you didn't want any communication then you will get some I'm sure. I used to get some whether I was spending nothing on the card (when I had my 0% balance transfer on it) and also when I did some spending. Though I did still use my Chargecard in that time.

Sorry, I specified that I DID want communications, etc. from them. So it might come some time before Christmas (10 weeks and counting :xmassmile)

I'm sure that you will definitely get at least one mailing from them before Christmas.
They always send out some good offers in December from what I can recall. Also I think last year they sent me a voucher for either £2.50 or £3.50 off in their coffee shop, can't remember the exact value.

Wondering when all these points are going to arrive though. Does it depend on how much you spend in M&S cos I don't spend a huge amount as such - most of the spending is done outside the group.

I don't know if it depends on how much you spend at M&S. I still get the same amount of offers as I have done all the time I have held the card which is when they first came out. They offered them to staff first so that was just over 3 years ago now.
Once you start getting offers they will come quite regularly I expect.
I don't know what you class as a huge amount, I spend about £30-£50 a month at M&S and maybe another £100 outside M&S on the &More card. It does vary quite a bit from month to month.

I think the latest set of offers is location dependant as I have a large store near me which is why I was given the £5 voucher to spend next week on either the clothing range or the home range. There is nothing I actually need at the moment though so I might just get some pot pourri or some candles as it will be free! Though I bet I go there next week and the price of everything I want is £6+ which means I will be spending my own money which is all part of their cunning plan!

I have a feeling that no one who has just got the card will get one of the vouchers this time around but if anyone has got a voucher that has only just obtained the card, feel free to disprove my theory.
As well as the £5 voucher that I received, some people have been sent out a voucher for either a ready meal worth £3.99 or less or a bottle of Burra Brook wine (you have the choice of either a Shiraz or Chardonnay).

Please post when you do get some vouchers and let us know what they sent you. I think it is too far into October for them to send you anything now but I would be very surprised if they don't send anything in Nov/Dec.

I will post up what offers they send me and will wait to see if others do the same.

Thanks for the info. I spend a few hundred pounds a year in M&S and the rest of the spending on the card will be outside the group. Works out to be about £16000 a year or so in total.

Will let you all know what I get from them, if and when they arrive.

Anyway, it would be interesting to hear if anyone else got any offers as everyone seems to be really quiet about it if they have!

After all this moaning I got an email from M&S last night offering their three insurances - car, life and home. Get a quote OR buy it and you got 250 &MORE points for each one (except the Life which you had to buy, not just quote for) so I duly did the two and should have another 500 points added on to my card. Hopefully :rolleyes:...

Well thats a start! I guess they won't let you ask for a quote every month though! Now that would be a point earner!
