Itunes Problem

Hi
Wondering if anyone has any advice re Itunes 7. Seem to have a problem each time I try to import a CD it does not recognise the Gracenote. Also Once I have imported one cd (with no artwork or track listing) then my laptop freezes and I have to turn off and on again.
Im running Windows XP, Itunes 7 with Kaspersky Internet Security Version 6.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
