I called TalkTalk last week to get written confirmation of my contract start date. A very nice man offered to send me a letter by post. Unfortunately, he made several errors so he said there would actually be THREE letters in the post (rather than one).
Today I received TWO letters. One of them said I had made an application for the TalkTalk Special Care Service for people with serious illneses/disabilities and was asking me to complete an application form. The other letter said I had been accepted on the Special Care Service!
I still have don't have the letter I want but at least I should be give priority if my phone does not work!
