    Recieved an email off them yesterday in respect of the one i sent them and they said they where due in today, mine still says processing and today my quidco payment has been declined:confused:

    I've just had an email to say one has been dispatched BUT the total cost is still showing the price for two (£13.98).
    Nothing been taken out of the bank yet so I'm in the dark.
