Hi everyone this is my very first post!!
I've just rang customer services about my order being cancelled and she said they were going to send one, but cancel the other, (I had ordered two for my nieces.) When I asked why she said it was because they didn't allow customers to bulk buy! I bet that wouldn't be the case if I was buying at full price!!!
Oh and we should all be receiving emails this morning.

Just had the email explaining this! Can I just make it quite clear that I ordered 2as pressies not 100+ like PhilUK allegedly used to!

I would very much doubt it, I reckon as they look like they are letting anyone who ordered have one copy, so in the case of people who ordered one copy, the order is valid without any cancelling and re-instating?
