  • I went on a hen party earlier this year and we stayed in Edinburgh Pearl serviced apartments which were really clean, furnished nicely, modern etc. There was about 12 of us staying in two apartments and it worked out about £80 each for 2 nights. I think you could fit 8 into one apartment so that would bring the cost down I guess.

They're 1 minute from Haymarket station - we got a taxi because we didn't know realise - the taxi driver wasn't impressed as he'd already started moving before he asked where we wanted to go!

They're 5 minutes from the centre, I'd def recommend serviced apartments for groups because you have fridge and kitchen if anyone feels like cooking in the morning!

The Express by Holiday Inn at Picardy Place is really nice and quite near the centre.

There's a Premier Inn at Haymarket which is very convenient for many restaurants & pubs - and it's only a 5 minute bus ride or 10 minute walk to the west end of Rose Street & George Street if you need different options. You could also reach the Grassmarket in 15 minutes on foot & it's 10 minutes to the fleshpots of the Pubic Triangle (Lothian Road, West Port)
