Tesco Rewards - Park Resorts - you can no longer pay in full

Park Resorts have opened their 2011 Tesco Reward booking today.
Previously you have been allowed to pay in full for holidays with your Tesco Reward vouchers. The Tesco Rewards website and the Park Resorts website as of this morning still say that you can pay in full. The Tesco rewards help-line people still think that you can pay in full.
However on phoning to book I was told that I had to pay in cash/card etc. for an amount of just over 25% of my holiday cost (£150). Even though I have the full amount ready to spend in rewards vouchers up to the amount of the holiday I want because I planned the whole thing carefully.
In the call centre the staff were apologetic but said that they were only told of these changes this morning.
So be warned - it's no longer pay in full - I did not enquire how they arrived at the £150 cash portion, but I'd guess it's ~25% of the holiday in anticipation of next month's 25% reduction in the value of rewards.
Not a good advert for the Tesco rewards scheme - no one knowing what's happening, nothing advertised and a sudden, last minute and very significant change of the terms.

As well as this change which we also found out about today
We normally club together with the outlaws and use deals tokens in our name and thiers to book our holiday.
NO MORE
This has been also been changed, all deals tokens most be in the same name.0 -
OK - So I looked up the holiday I wanted - price £634 - got my £360 worth of tesco vouchers, phoned them up, and they tell me the price is £851 on the phone (which it has to be with the vouchers) so I have chucked away £360 worth of Tesco vouchers - is this a massive rip-off or have I missed something?0

Send them back to Tesco and they will re-credit them to your account for next quarter.0 -
I just had the same thing. All I wanted was to get £30 off my weekend break by using my £10 Tesco vouchers (I don't do much shopping in Tesco so only get a few vouchers not thousands). Once I discovered you can only use the vouchers off the brochure price that would have mean that it was actually more expensive with the vouchers taken off than the normal online price so totally pointless. Luckily I had only just requested the reward vouchers so phoned up and they cancelled it. But wondering what I can use them on that will actually save me money.0

Hi,
You can use these to pay in part or full for Blackpool Zoo, Tower, Circus, etc and also to pay in full for Pleasure Beach .0
