I have been reading about the S&G on here since last year. This year I have my sons girlfriend to buy for and was wondering whether or not to try and get the OOTW or just to go for the 3 for 2 in the range. Do you think that the OOTW is better value and worth trying to get rather than buy now on the 3 for 2 and be certain to get them?

If you are going to buy 3 might be best to buy it now on 3 for 2 it will cost you £120 BUT you would also receive bonus advantage points so you have to decide what is best for you.

    This weekend

    3 4 2 = £120
    Total points 2080
    Bonus code for 1000 points
3080 points for £120 spend OR make it up to £150 and receive 4000 points

If you wait until Wednesday you would get

    Total points 2480
    Bonus code for 1000 points
3480 points for £120 spend OR make it up to £150 and receive 4600 points

I am going to wait until Wednesday as I have a couple of other things to order so I am working it out that it is costing me £104 NET for 3 S&G sets and £30 worth of other gifts, so if I take away the other £30 I reckon I am only paying £74 for the 3 sets although you could argue over a few points here and there.

I reckon these might come down to £29 so 3 x £29 would be £87 + £30 for the other gifts I need so total of £117 (points would also be received here although bonus points are not usually available that week)

The other thing I think about is that the bonus points aren't usually around when the best OOTW are on.

Sorry, really hope this all makes sense:o

I don't usually shop at Boots, so the advantage points probably won't be any good for me - especially as I don't have a card.

His girlfriend is nearly 17 and said she likes any bath stuff from Boots, so hopefully she would like this.

Do you live near boots and can you get there for it opening the day its on offer? if so i would go for it. You can pick up an advantage card form instore and start collecting points, they dont expire.

Always handy to have a Boots Advantage Card, remember every point is a penny lol. Good luck on your purchase whatever way you decide to but it.

Thanks both. Yes, there are a few stores within half an hours drive to me, so I should be able to get there on launch day.

I got the Frontcover one for my DD and Sanctuary for my friend. The only other one I want is S&G unless there's a Men's No7 this year which I'll get for DS.

Arrrgh!!! Dont tell me I've missed the Frontcover offer!!!

I got the Eye Spy one at half price last year (or maybe the year before) and couldn't bear to part with it so kept it. Now my friends have all seen it and would love one! Wish I'd bought loads of them now
  • Well, it looks like I'm the odd one out with this offer! I happened upon it in Boots today (it's £22.50) and tried out some of the colours. I have to admit to being rather impressed with the eyeshadows, and the brushes looked rather nice too. I bought myself one as part of my christmas-gifts-I-will-buy-but-which-will-be-from-the-hubby stash, lol!

The Frontcover Eyes To Go Collection was the very first Offer of the week on the 8th October. I paid £16 for it.

    Hi all

Does anyone know what next weeks offer is going to be? Tried asking someone in my local store today but she wasn't letting on.

I was very impressed with the quality of the eyeshadow in the Strictly set today. They are super pigmented. However, colour range is not for the faint hearted........................some very interesting colours in the case..a lil Pat Butcher me thinks:o:rotfl::rotfl:.

the case itself is lovely though x
I appreciate Each and Every win. I thank every comp poster from the bottom of my heart :A
