Marc Jacobs Bang win not received :(

Hiya

Who else won on the 'bang' comp on facebook? I won 100ml marc jacobs bang, and have not received it yet. I have sent them facebook messages 3 times, but they have just ignored my comments.

Is there anyone to contact over this as I am getting nowhere with con tacting them through facebook. I won on the 26th august by the way, so should have got it by now...

It does not make any difference when you won

"Your prize will be sent to you at the conclusion of the promotional period"

which was the end of September


They didn't say anything else about delivery but if you allow 4 to 6 weeks prizes should be arriving anytime now.

They have been asked loads of time on their FB page about it and ignored them all, not good pr but as a USA site the options are a bit limited.

I also won 100ml prize and nothing...the t&c's stated that prizes would be sent after promo period but I think that was ages ago

I won a 50ml bottle, i'm sure it said allow 8 weeks after the promotion ended so that would be near to the end of November .

Thanks everyone, at least it seems that no one has got their prize so that must mean that they haven't started to send them out. They could have quickly responded to at least one of my posts. It's just that I have just been chasing up a couple of prizes recently, and the other two companies have responded immedietly.

Thanks for that, would have been far easier to find if they had posted instead and not just repled in a thread which had nothing to do with the competition.
