Yes, we do. Our first Christmas as husband & wife this yr (wedding - 22nd Dec) so have already bought him husband card (MSE of course - recent free ASDA personalised card promo). Of course, I always buy OH a card - I would be gutted if he didnt get me one because he always writes the nicest things. I agree though that things can be done throughout the year aswell.
