can loans.co.uk put a hold on my claim even though I put it into the fos before the bba wanted a ruling in court over ppi or what ever they are hoping to do. I am know sending back my claim letter and hope they will send it to an adjudicator. help much appreciated.

Are they part of the BBA? Are they something to do with the MBNA?0

not sure if they are but when i first searched to find out about them they came under bank of america which I am not sure is joined with ge money. I called the fos and they said it is not on hold so they will pursue it know for me and it will make it worse for them I would hope. thanks for your quick reply much appreciated.marshallka wrote: »Are they part of the BBA?
