i ordered the black dalek on checkout at lx direct my voucher was accepted and i got it for £30 but i just checked my online statement they have taken out £45!!! they cant do that ? i have sent them an meail asking why did they take that amount out when i have an invoice for £30 including delivery charge

From reading some of the other threads about LX, as I understand it, they charge you the full amount and then refund you the amount of the discount later on. I think it may be mentioned in their T&Cs.

hi - just wanted to say that I phoned LXdirect about this today and yes you will get the discounted amount refunded on your card - hope it helps as I panicked at first!! lol;)
