Mine appeared on the maturity date - maybe depends on whether your receiving account accepts FP

Yeah, phoned them and it was processed on maturity date but has clearly gone through some kind of slow BACS process (maybe since it's a large transaction there is additional checks). He said it should be with me within a couple of days.

In my case the sum transfered was above FP limits.

It will be interesting to see the next NS&I report showing net inflow or outflow of funds. It might be difficult for them to stick with their reason for withdrawing savings certificates.

Thinking of opening a Nationwide MySave account. Has anyone got any experience of it yet? Suprised it has not been mentioned at 2.99%. Looks good even with the withdrawal restrictions.

Our bond is maturing on Wednesday - would be great if Money was transferred promptly! Our account is with Dirst Direct too, so fingers crossed!

  • 40K straight into Santander a/c on day of maturity. Well pleased :T
