Mouse Freezing

Hi Guys

My mouse frezzes on screen occasionaly, usually preceded by a bleep from the computer.

Sometimes the cursor unfrezzes after 5 mins and sometimes I need to restart the computer (several times sometimes).

Any ideas what it could be ??

  • I had that problem with my wireless mouse - threw it in the bin after a week and got a cheapie USB from Tesco which works great. If it is a wireless it may be work reinstalling the drivers for it
  • Hi guys nothing wrong wit the hardware I have tried a different mouse and it does the same too, I think its a software problem.

    Its a wired optical mouse.
  • Ahhh, you may have to wait for someone a bit more technically minded to help out then, hope you get it sorted though :)
