Unfortunatley they all went in a flash as M&S forgot to change the software so was giving us all 50% off the already 70% reduced costumes, it was fixed quite soon after though!0 -
Picked up my 2 adult witch and 2 child witch costumes on Friday and WELL pleased. Thanks again OPIf only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:0

Hi,
Did you hear back from M&S at all? They did exactly the same thing to me - arrived at the local food hall to collect the outfit to find it hadn't arrived, despite having received an email to confirm delivery. It was then too late to get something from another shop as sunday trading meant they were all closed. My poor son was so upset as he was the only one of this friends without an outfit and didn't want to go out. It didn't help that I'd been at the hospital all night/day as my mum was rushed in to A&E and I had then had to quickly drive to M&S so that I could get back to my son in time to meet up with his friends. The store manager was really nice and apologetic, but there was nothing he could do - although he didn't help things much by telling me to come back on Monday as the parcel may have arrived...even though I'd told him I needed it then for Halloween! I'm planning on writing to M&S tomorrow so wondered if they have replied to your email?
Cheers, Happi (but not with M&S!)Thriftkitten wrote: »Feeling very Grrrrrr with M+S, I ordered one of their 50% off halloween outfits for my daughter as she had a halloween party to go to on sunday night, we had a delivery to our local store date of sunday 31st(Halloween) so nipped there about 3pm on sunday last minute to collect her outfit as it was a surprise for her, only to be told it wasn't there, and to contact their customer care services, this morning (Monday 1st november) I get an email saying
"sorry but your order for halloween outfit cannot be delivered to the store because it was lost or damaged" and that thay have refunded my £5.00, I can't believe they could do that, my daughter had to go with a sheet wrapped round her, I was fuming so I called customer services right away this morning, the CS was really Blah about it and I lost my rag, she then offered me £5 off my next online order, so I hung up and wrote a really sh**ty email to them, I haven't heard anything back yet but, not sure that I will.#
I wouldn't mind if it was a duvet or something normal, but to give me a date of 31st Oct to pick up her halloween outfit and then we get an email on the 1st is just plain wrong Grrrrr, ok rant over!!!0 -
Today I picked up a Hello Kitty tshirt for DD & a cat costume for next halloween (thinking way in advance as it's for our new baby not due til April lol!) No problems at all, so happy as I only paid £2.50 for £16.50 worth of stuff!Grocery Challenge £5.43/£320.00

Most confussed! I ordered two pirate costumes and two swag bags. They emailed me to say my card had been declined. I paid for the costumes again but bought the swag bags instore ( it was two separate orders)
I picked the pirate costumes up today and found the swag bags with the costumes. A order note saying the swag bags had gone missing and then got an email to say they were refunding me for the swag bags.
Totally confused!0 -
I am bit bit confused too, received an email on the 4th confirming despatch of my order, then yesterday received this message:
Re: the following item(s) in your order
1 Spider Halloween Witch Bag
1 Devil Fairy Dress
1 Devil Fairy Dress
We're sorry to tell you that the item you ordered for collection has been damaged or lost, so we are unable to complete your order.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment. One of our customer services agents will be in touch shortly to discuss this with you.
Not heard anything else and nothing showing under my order history on the M&S site to suggest that it has been "damaged or lost"- does anyone know if it would say "ready for collection" anywhere if it had arrived?
Not sure whether to go and see if it's there or not!!0 -
Thanks op picked up my nephews pirate costume today looks great for £1.500
