Can I or should I respond to a neutral feedback

Hi all can I respond to a neutral feedback? I have just received a neutral feedback for an item that was collected a couple of days ago. The seller didn't say anything, nor did they contact me after the event. Saying the item was smaller than expected. In your opinion is it worth commenting on the feedback? and is it worth contacting the buyer to offer a refund or would you just leave it?

I would contact the buyer politely and ask if there is anything you can do to solve the problem.

If it is resolved amicably then you can ask them to revise.

Meanwhile, don't leave anything as a follow-up until you can get it in perspective or contact the buyer. A lot of people do themselves more harm than good by posting follow-ups which really ought to have been addressed privately and politely to the buyer via private email first. Plus if your feedback is otherwise good and more is coming in quickly it will only draw attention to it on your FB page.

Thanks my feedback is pretty good, I have one negative and one neutral now. The buyer collected, didn't say anything on the doorstep although they seemed a little strange so I asked if all was ok and they didn't say it wasn't what they were expecting so just a little disappointed with the feedback.
