Been trying to sort out my old fellas laptop and I cant for the life of me get MSN to stop bringing up a login box when the laptop is booted up.
I have uninstalled a few microsoft products that were needed but I dont know how to remove MSN. He doesnt even have an account.
Can anyone advise?

Try signing into msn then go to options (not sure what version of msn you have, it's located in different places depending on the version) then look through all the options and un-tick 'run messenger when windows starts'£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

If you can't uninstall, or don't want to uninstall MSN messenger through control panel, you can stop the programme from running at start up by typing "msconfig" (without the "'s) in the command prompt, click on Start up tab, untick MSN Messenger, click on apply and then ok.0
