sexymouse, that's so exciting! When do you pick it up?

I get to pick it up on Wednesday morning at 9.30 - have to take another morning off work, but it'll be worth it.

One load of washing in the TD, and the fire has been lit. I've got another jumper to wash now though, as I've never lit the fire (woodburner) before, and I managed to get soot all over the my sleeves. :o Still pleased that the house is getting warmer though.

I've got to wait until Wednesday to pick up the new car, but have sorted and paid for the insurance already. It's a Honda Jazz in Silver Storm. It was quite a lot of money  but at least it shouldn't have too many problems (being fairly new and judging by reviews online) and will be ideal when Moon and I start to have a family.
:T We've got a Jazz; the "magic seats" system is brilliant, can get my wheelchair in behind the front seats, leaving the boot free for luggage, and it's very quick to alter it if we take Mr LW's pal to the pub/beerfest/etc. Very easy/pleasant to drive, too!

Finally finished for today - mad rush, as Mr LW is finishing work in a mo. As well as the appropriate bits of the list, I've washed my hair (need assistance with it, so has to be when Mr LW is here), done a machine load of washing, hand-washed 3 tops, made Shepherd Spy for our lunch, eaten same, and done an hour on the Wii.

Thanks to those who asked, I had a bit better night last night. STill very little sleep, but not such awful dreams.:o No idea why that's started up again - must just be a bit stressed/run down.

Right, gotta go, Mr LW is packing up the works laptop, and we'll be having the "tappin' o' the feets" in a minute if I don't get my a$$ in gear,:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Welcome maybemischief have a tree so you're noticed :xmastree:

Piggers tbh I think he'd enjoy that. Trying to stay calm but it's not easy. Especially when I phone OH to have a rant and he thinks it's funny.

Bedroom done, apart from dusting and hoovering. Baby has fallen asleep on me so I'll dust after I've fed him at 4, and clear the landing, and hoover everything tomorrow.
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.

Make him do it anyway.. once he realises he has to clean the mess and himself up he will get the message. Take him to the loo every 30 minutes whether he says he needs to go or not and about 5 minutes after a drink.. though mine would wee as they drank so ended up sat on the po with a beaker!

Remember bribery works a treat.. the first few days we did ..every time you use the po you get a sweet.. one smartie/chocolate button etc..

then we did a star chart kind of thing.. every DAY you can manage without wetting pants (we made exceptions for small dribbles) you get the whole packet of buttons (minus the ones I'd scoffed) and they were the funsize packs which have about 10 buttons in.

Once they got this far we didn't bother any more but as a reward for being grown up and not wetting/soiling pants we went out and bought some beautiful big girl/boy underwear!!

After the first few days any accidents they would be helped to clean up.. they would change their own clothes and have a cloth to dry the floor/toybox.. (I'd disinfect it while they changed their wet things)
