Flat work quote?

Been quoted around £10k for the following work for a 2bedroom flat;

- plastering of 3 ceilings
- plastering of 1 wall
- complete rewiring
- hard wood installation (including materials)
- painting
- moving 2 radiators and re-routing pipes
- reskirting (as they are used to cover the pipes)

more detail is needed into size & location of property and cost of materials used. Seems pretty dear for a standard 2 bedroom flat though.

Well, that depends, if it's Bentley it's a bargain, if it's a Hyundai you're getting your pants pulled down.
