First Utility V5 tariff

It was not surprising to see this tariff jump to No1 spot and left me wondering how many poor unsuspecting souls will fall for this as I did last year with their V2 version (Nov 09) when it was also top, which seemed reason enough to switch back then, only to see it plunge into oblivion later.
How wrong I was with this shower who will put up their prices retrospectively and by such enormous amounts that basically shows how all this is one big con to suck you in, then hit you from behind with massive hikes without your knowledge.
Couple this with what must be the worst customer service of any company and you have the perfect recipe for lots of angry posts just a few months down the line .
PLEASE look at what other users say about this shambles of a company before you switch, you will always see negative comments about all companies in this sector , but consider how long these people have been around and the number of complaints against them on other forums and you will see what I am talking about.
I wish I had done a bit more research.

I knew it wouldn't last long , I wonder how many they have suckered in who I'll bet are hit with swingeing hikes shortly.
The latest version is now V6 I see, when did this come out ? and how long did V5 last, I'm guessing about 6 weeks?.
This latest tariff has combined standing charges of over £280 a year without so much as striking a light to read the meter.
Do you think we might get a V7 before Xmas, place your bets please.
