BSOD Help Please

From time to time I get the blue screen of death on my PC running Vista - about 2-3 times per month. Mostly when I'm not doing anything, I can't make it happen otherwise I'd get someone to come and look at the machine. The error message says something about win2k.sys - the numbers in the error message are different each time. I have scanned with Kaspersky 2011, Windows defender and Malwarebytes - nothing was found. Windows Vista repair says there is nothing wrong. Memory diagnostics says there is nothing wrong.


Any ideas? Most grateful for advice.

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you get a message that you cant write to the hosts file then Press the SHIFT key, and whilst holding it RIGHT CLICK and select RUN AS (admin)

Note down the STOP code when it blue screens. Google that stop code to find out what may be the cause.

Also a good reminder that you should do a backup of your data.

I've tried googling the STOP codes - I didn't understand what came back! Also the STOP codes are different every time.

No, I'm afraid I didn't. Next time it happens I'll note and post it. Is there any way of copying the text on the BSOD, other than by writing it down by hand?
