Yay they came today

They are nice but I must admit not as nice as I thought they were going to be as my friend is always saying how these are the MOST amazing chocolates EVER - they were nice but not that nice.

Can't decide whether to keep the next delivery - changed it to 12 weekly so it isn't due till February. Am tempted to keep that one as by then I will just a couple of weeks away from having our baby so might be a bit fed up and in need of a pick me up then will cancel after that.

I have already changed when my next box will be sent from 4 to 12 weeks so it gives me plenty of time to receive my chocs, cashback and then cancel just to be on the safe side.

I emailed them Monday as had still not received and they replied yesterday saying if they had not been received today to let them know.

They arrived today, at last, no way would that box have gone through my letterbox so glad I got them sent to work. Got the free dark choc drops as well as went through top cash back for the £5 cashback. Not opened yet as I know if I did I would dip into them, saving for when I am off at Christmas.

akh43 - can you give me the e-mail address you used to contact them? All i can find is phone numbers but they closed at 7pm. i ordered mine weeks ago but still don't have any chocolates.

i received mine yesterday, they are the most yummy chocs ever! the blueberry one is to die for........ they were never going to make it unscathed to xmas..... happy christmas to me!:rotfl:

Got in from work around 5pm this evening...chocs opene by 5.10pm...4 left now

So much for keeping them for a christmas pressie! Not worth the money though, very nice but no way I'd pay £18 for them!

I put mine in a cupboard to be forgotten about until christmas day. Normally i would have had half of them crammed down by now but i started my diet yesterday. I bought a dress for xmas day in a dress size smaller(and a half) than i am that i will fit into by xmas so no more choc, crisps........basically anything which tastes good. Ha ha ha

I clicked on a link on the website on the contact us page, under the phone but above the telephone numbers if you click on the "contact us" it takes you to another page with the telephone numbers on it and there is an "I want to" drop down menu near the bottom of the page. I picked the "discuss a club delivery" and then more boxes appeared for your name, email address and comments.

They replied to me the next day and I checked the response they sent me and that lists the email address as:- [EMAIL="service@hotelchocolat.com"]service@hotelchocolat.com[/EMAIL]. HTH

I opened mine tonight just to have a look, took out the menu card to look what the chocolates were inside and then sealed them up again :A not sure if they will make it to christmas but hopefully I can resist for a few weeks.

Mine arrived yesterday,they were nice but not that nice so I gave half of the box to the postie.Won't be ordering them again.

My feelings exactly. Nice, but not that nice - and certainly not worth £18!
