You can do it online, no need to phone. Cancel from your membership page, that's what I did.

Choccies were delicious, fitted through the letterbox no problem. Didn't take that long, either.

I just cancelled my membership - i didnt like the chocolates, i prefer softer chocs as most of these were rock hard.

I wonder if anybody can help.

I ordered the sample on Nov 1st. They didn't ask me for my card details and didn't give me any login details.

I have been out of the country for 12 weeks (return on Sunday). I'm worried that I won't pay them in time (how does payment work? It seems some people were charged when the original transaction took place?) and also that they will sign me up for the monthly subscription. Where did people get the login details in order to cancel/change their subscription. Or does that come with the chocolates?!

I'm eagerly awaiting my chocs which were dispatched yesterday. Postie's just been but no chocs
Now hopefully they will come tomorrow but I'm working so will they fit through the letterbox? Can't wait to try them.
