My daughter claims CA for me. She has recently got a part-time job -16 hours a week. Her take home is approx £95 per week, so that fits in ok with CA. However, she has been asked to work overtime coming up to Christmas (she works in a shop) which will probably take her pay to over £100 per week. So one week she could earn £95 and the next £150 and the following £95 again. Can you advise what she should do?

She should tell the DWP each time she earns more than the weekly allowed rate.0

Thanks, does that mean she will have to re-apply each week she earns £95?Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0

Yes, she will have to tell them each time she goes over £100 net take home pay. She is also allowed to also take off the cost of a carer for you, or her children if she has any (this can be a friend, but not close family) off of her weekly pay.0
