stop a payment to a company coming out of bank account?

Ok so as promised, i'm posting the name of the company. It's worldticketshop.com. They've taken the money out (even after cancelling the card) so here's hoping that all the negative feedback i've heard about people not getting their tickets, having their tickets cancelled last minute and all the rest of it, isn't true
