    I think *most* online retailers do this these days, In the past few weeks ive had this with play.com, snapfish, firebox.com and a few others ive shopped on and made new accounts with (remembering the old ones would of took more effort lol)

    Down the bottom of the page near contact us it says Redeem code. Or click my account at the top then under your details should also be a code redemption option.

    I have checked and it says credit is £0.00, i just dont know what to do to make it work now, will opening a new account work?
