You have to register with their website first, including letting them test your card by letting them charge £1 to your card and then refunding it.

This strikes me as a little odd - I've only come across PayPal before insisting on this sort of security check.

    Anyone used this site before?

Their website makes them look bad but never had any probs with their service.

I have used them many times with no problems. Only criticism I would have is that you can only have one account registered to your address. My son tried to open his own account and it wouldn't let him.

says sorry cant redeem code at this time

I've not checked out yet (still deciding what to get!) but I think it takes a little while for the £1 payment to go through, then when it does, you're then able to add vouchers to your account. Try again now! (Worked for me.)

The code works on my existing account that I have had for ages ...

thanks for that - i hadnt tried but it worked on mine too.

It wizzed round and round for ages, I got fed up and pushed it to start again - it said code already used, so i thought i had messed it up pushing it again, but just checked back and it's loaded into my credits now.
  • didnt think it had worked but when i went to pay i had £3 credit,so 31.85 for dvd, thanks

Is it ok that it takes £1 off your card to test first? As I was going to use credit card to pay does this matter for the testing or am I best to use my debit card?

    Thanks

A lot of retailers do this to make sure the card is ok. Credit or debit. You just don't notice it because they don't actually take the money they just reserve the fund to check card is correct.
