Firstly, I'll admit I'm out of my depth here but it's all in the name of moneysaving :j
Basically, I'm trying to insert a video on to this page where the blank space is:-
http://174.122.45.188/~doooford/fundraise/
the index.php file looks like this:-
<?php
/*
$Id: index.php $
TomatoCart Open Source Shopping Cart Solutions
http://www.tomatocart.com

*/
$_SERVER = __FILE__;
require('includes/application_top.php');
$osC_Language->load('index');
$osC_Template = osC_Template::setup('index');
require('templates/' . $osC_Template->getCode() . '/index.php');
require('includes/application_bottom.php');
?>
and the video code is this:-
<iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/16238556?color=ffffff&autoplay=1" width="751" height="563" frameborder="0"></iframe><p><a href=" video</a> from <a href="http://vimeo.com/user5062796">Jane Taylor</a> on <a href="http://vimeo.com">Vimeo</a>.</p>
I can put the video on the page, but positioning is my weak point. Does anyone have any advice? I have dreamweaver but have no idea how to use it

Don't worry about this, I seem to have just accidentally worked out CSS positioning and all is now sorted!0

For future ref, try youtube, there are loads of video tutorials for all aspects of dreamweaver, there are also short free tutorials on adobe tv. If you will be doing more, then try getting 'Dreamweaver CS5 the missing manual'. Its only £20 from amazon - I am working my way through it now and can highly reccommend it.
