I am new to all this so can anyone tell me who is it down to to claim from the Royal Mail if something is damaged, isit the buyer who received the damaged goods or the seller, or does it matter who claims

It has to be the seller who initiates the claim with the Royal Mail since the contract was made between you and them i.e you paid them to deliver it safely.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--
