Hi Not sure where to ask this question but I'm sure someone on here will be able to help.
If I buy PSP and DS games in the states will they play on the DS and PSP I have already bought here. My son bought his DS 3/4 months ago and the PSP is brand new, ready for xmas.
I don't know if that makes an difference.
I know we bought games in the past for the PS1 or 2 and they didn't, not sure if the hand held things are the same.
Thanks

psp games are region free (so us/jap games will work on a uk psp) but if you buy movies from the us they wont work as they are region coded

on psp multiplayer games if you have a uk psp and uk game and your mate has a us or japanese psp and a jap or us release of the same game it will not work, please dont ask me why because i dont know

    gaming guy slight correction:
psp games are not region free - however a psp will play any regions games. if you look on the back of the box you see the region number.
aside from the multi player aspect (caught me out with ridge racer), shops wont let you trade in non-region 2 games.
i have tried in umpteen shops

i though computer exchange did, but they have even started scanning the barcodes and rejecting anything that's not on the uk product list.
