used wrong address on asos...

i used an old address by accident on asos.

i emailed straight away - they say they have no way of changing the delivery address! how stupid!

they said to email back when I have the dispatch email. So I send an email when that arrives, only to get a really unhelpful reply.

I tweet to them, and get some help and email the correct address to them, and they say they will get the courier to redirect it to my new address.

i've just "tracked" the order and it says as below:

does "out for delivery to courier" mean it is out for delivery from the depot to the individual courier?

and then does "out for delivery" mean it will has left the depot to the courier...

and then "delivery confirmed by courier" mean that the courier has accepted the delivery, and it will soon be "out for delivery" to me?

i hope it hasn't been delivered to my old address, as i have no access there and its student flats so they're pretty much not going to admit signing for it or anything!

and then, where do i stand regarding a refund? its a pretty bad practise if they can't change delivery addresses!! i paid through paypal, with a credit card...

It sounds like it has been delivered. Have you contacted ASOS to ask them to speak to the courier?

i've tweeted to them and someone has replied so....

i just want to know where i stand though - technically i put the wrong address in, but then they should definately be able to change the delivery address once it's been ordered... so bad.
