Dreamweaver... How to get a 2004 MX licence

Hi,

Whats the best way to get a licence and disc for Dreamweaver 2004 MX. I cannot afford the new CS5 software, and I am already trained on this and it will suit my needs.

I havenot found any low cost Web design software thats as good as Dreamweaver.

Anyone have any ideas?
